Don't ask me how many it serves, I'm guess it makes 12-15 mini burgers. And you'll have to drain the fat, I'd actually use a leaner meat to start with (90/10).

I got this recipe from a sports message board and an FSU fan came up with it. I'm sure he/she doesn't mind the rest of the world knowing. It's very damn good especially if you're not close to a White Castle or Krystal.

Ingredients
Between 1 lb and 1 1/2 pounds of beef
1 egg
1/3 c bread crumbs
1/3 c water
1 packet of lipton onion soup mix
salt & pepper salt to taste

Instructions
Mix, spread on cookie sheet, bake at 400 for ten. Drain fat and slice into squares with pizza cutter. Serve on buttered toasted dinner rolls with pickle. Add cheese if you want.
