Loup City = Stupid Lives Here
This is a letter to the editor from my friend's newspaper. The names have not been protected because everyone should go to Loup City, knock on this guy's door and laugh uncontrollably at him.
Evolution a dangerous theory in today's schools.
It is interesting that schools keep teaching evolution. Here it is the public schools try to make students become better people, yet public schools teach evolution.
When kids are taught that all living things have a common ancestor (dirt, water and rocks) and are placed on earth at random chance, this gets placed into their conscience, making it a dangerous theory.
I mean, come on, if you're on earth for no apparent reason, then murder, drugs, rape and etc., should be OK to do, shouldn't it? Remember survival of the fittest.
This is why evolution is dangerous. It's especially dangerous to teach in schools when most of the time these ridiculous theories are taught as if they are a fact. If evolution has some supporting evidence to it, then maybe you could present it in schools, but the truth is there isn't a solitary piece of evidence out there for it. Macroevolution only takes place in the textbooks, and happened "long ago in a far off place." Since that's the case we should start teaching "The Little Mermaid" in schools as if it's fact.
Evolution is a dangerous theory that shouldn't be taught in schools.
