How Does One Live Strong...
In a way to bring my audience back, I have a full participation blog exercise..
Since we live in the world of health, exercises, low-carb high cholesterol diets, etc. I was wondering what some of you do to live strong or if you do nothing, why don't you?
And do you believe in dieting or just moderation? Is moderation a diet in itself? And what about stress? Is your job stressful? Is your city stressful? How do you combat this stress?
